Eligibility
Check your eligibility for leasing, e.g. a completed probationary period and a permanent employment contract.

Log in to the BIKE2FUTURE online shop using your company email address. The system will automatically unlock the exclusive offers available to employees.

Choose your bike
Select your preferred bike and add it to your shopping cart.

Select payment method
Select "Bikeleasing Gebrauchtrad-Leasing" as your payment method.

Choose your delivery option
Choose between pickup in Weiterstadt or delivery to your company or private address.

Submit your leasing request
Using your Bikeleasing User ID (see the Bikeleasing process), BIKE2FUTURE will create the leasing request. You can then digitally sign the bike transfer agreement in the Bikeleasing portal. Your employer will subsequently review and approve the request.

Get ready to ride
Once your leasing request has been approved, you’ll be notified: Your bike is ready - pick it up or have it delivered to you.

Looking to stay flexible and mobile? Then our refurbished bike subscription is the perfect choice for you. Whatever your situation - our refurbished bike subscription is available to everyone. Whether you’re in a probationary period, completing an apprenticeship, or simply looking for a more flexible alternative to traditional bike leasing - with a minimum term of just 8 weeks and a monthly cancellation option, you can stay flexible at all times.
Exclusive employee benefit: As an employee, you pay no € 99 one-time service fee, and your first month is completely free.

Notice period: Cancellation is possible with 30 days’ notice to the end of the month. Notice must be submitted in writing by email, post, or in person. -
Bike return: The bike can be returned in Weiterstadt or at your company address, or collected directly from your private address.

Final inspection: Upon return, the bike will be inspected for completeness and overall condition.
